Seeking Project Coordinator

Are you led by a spirit of innovation, imagination, and community-making?

You will support the Bedford House Board of Directors in its decisions around: planning, leadership development priorities, financial budgeting and accountability, and volunteer and contract personnel management.

• Bedford House is a small, grassroots group; the Innovator of the Bridging Teams model of small group weekly gathering that has successfully created transformative relationships across class, gender, race, and ages.
• The Bedford House Board of Directors encourages applicants to dream about growing the organization. The Project Coordinator position could also grow into a full-time role. Our organization remains “Financially precarious” yet has survived a decade so far…

• Able to translate the story/vision into Projects and co-write grant proposals.
• Appreciation of an Asset-based Community Development approach versus a Charitable top-down approach
• Willingness to “follow the energy” through times of precarity
